Following China Eastern airlines, Air China and China southern airlines have formally lodged a claim against grounding of aircraft of Boeing 737MAX

China Southern Airlines has also officially sent a letter to Boeing to claim compensation for the loss caused by the Boeing 737MAX grounding and the late delivery of the 737max. At present, the three major state-owned airlines have filed a claim against Boeing for the 737MAX grounding. On the 21st, China Eastern Airlines officially filed a claim with Boeing for the 737MAX grounding event, saying that "any enterprise claims its legitimate and reasonable interests in accordance with the law, which is beyond reproach."
